Refunds
The student may withdraw from a course after instruction has started
and receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the tuition.
The following formula is used for refund: (note: $Y = amount of initial
refund $E = documented cost of unreturned equipment)
(Amount paid for instruction + $45.00 registration fee) - $45 registration
fee( amount the school may retain)x (total number of class hours paid
for but not received)/Total number of class hours= $ Y amount of initial
refund (Deduct $E for documented cost of unreturned equipment). For
example if a class is a 100 hours and the student has attended 30
hours tuition is $1100, and the equipment cost is zero the refund
is calculated in this manner:
(Amount paid for instruction $1100 + $60.00 registration fee) - $45
registration fee( amount the school may retain)x [ (70 hours, total
number of class hours paid for but not received)/100 hoursTotal number
of class hours]= $ 770 amount of initial refund (Deduct $0 for documented
cost of unreturned equipment)
